Minneapolis Vintage Remodel
A thoughtful remodel of a classic 1928 home nestled between Lake of the Isles and Lake Calhoun became the focal point for a couple's recent retirement journey. With beauty and efficiency in mind, spaces were reconfigured and detailed using materials with a gentle nod to the past. A remodeled owner’s bedroom with newly added en suite bath and refreshed guest bath were homeowner must-haves. A new seasonal porch, with large-scale beams and sunlit windows to the back yard, creates an intimate space for relaxing and entertaining.
