Blending Vintage Charm with Modern Comfort

In this project, MA Peterson transformed the third level into a versatile space, incorporating a play area for the kids, a gym, a reading nook, a bathroom, and a bedroom, while thoughtfully preserving the home’s authentic vintage charm. The team also remodeled the kitchen and replaced the windows in the sunroom, blending modern updates with the home's original character. The shower design, with its sleek arched entrance and classic white subway tiles, reflects a timeless yet modern aesthetic, while dark tile flooring adds depth and complements the warm wood vanity. Throughout, design choices—such as the cozy window bench seat with built-in storage and playful wallpaper—were made to honor the home's historical roots while adding fresh, contemporary touches. This balance of old and new ensures the space feels both stylish and true to its heritage.
