Nearby, the bathroom and laundry room were thoughtfully redesigned to feel open, approachable, and easy to navigate, while a new sliding door offers the flexibility to create privacy or welcome guests with ease. It’s a space that works beautifully today, while quietly holding space for whatever may be needed down the road.

Upstairs, the bathrooms were designed with the same sense of care and quiet intention. Each space was shaped to feel open and comfortable to move through, with wide shower entries, low thresholds, and built-in benches that feel like a natural part of the design rather than an added feature.

These are spaces that feel calming at the end of a long day, simple in the best way, and supportive without ever feeling clinical—a reminder that the most thoughtful design is often the least noticeable, because it simply feels right.
