Vintage Minneapolis Co-op
Three small units were combined into one grand living space in this 1930s vintage Minneapolis Co-op. A kitchen and foyer project followed by an additional mudroom and laundry room project brought new life to the condo. The historic building retains much of its Art Deco charm influencing the homeowners’ personal mix of retro and modern styles. Making optimal use of limited space within the character of this classic urban dwelling resulted in a beautiful open space for artistic furnishings and an inspired lifestyle.
